Housed in a converted classroom at Parliament House is a facility of which the College is very proud because its very existence sets the College apart from many of its rivals. The Tuition Support Centre is a spacious open-plan office with desk space for some of the College’s most experienced academic staff. There is a maths tutor, for example, and an English Language specialist, there is a business studies all-rounder, an accounts teacher, an IT specialist, and others too. In fact the academic staff at this facility can provide help students with any academic programme that the College offers, and it is their job is to look after students who fall behind with their studies. So any student who is finding an aspect of their course difficult or has missed lectures because they have been unwell, for example, can go to the Centre and receive expert help, free of charge, whenever they need it.
