When a student leaves the classroom, access to the College’s learning environment continues. The content of the last lecture… everything that appeared on the lecturer’s screen…can be replayed on the student’s laptop or tablet by accessing My-WLC, the College’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Students can use the system to recap on lecture content, access, complete and submit homework, receive feedback from academic staff, and view data via links that have been placed on the system by their teachers. And they can do this from anywhere, simply by logging in via the web. This way the learning process is continuous and available 24 hours a day.
